Once payment is processed, all purchased items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Contact us to request overnight shipping for an additional charge.
Your jewelry will be shipped from our shop in Westerville, OH.
This includes insurance for the shipping and will require a signature upon delivery.
We will email you with any additional shipping information, including tracking number if relevant.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 10 days of you receiving the item(s).
Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
The item(s) must be in original, sellable condition, with no signs of wear and tear.
Custom orders and altered items (such as rings we sized for you prior to shipping) are non-returnable.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the size of the ring needs to be adjusted after you receive the ring, contact us to make arrangements and we can provide this service for you at our standard rate.
